We are data-driven home selling strategists. Every house is unique and so should your selling strategy. Before we take action on any marketing material, we consult with clients on market comparables, industry trends and marketing tactics which best suit your home.

Foundation

Once the strategy is established, we then take action on the necessary steps to get your home prepared for market. At minimum, this includes staging, professional photography, virtual tour and video marketing.

Implementation

Once the foundation tasks are completed, we bring your home to market. We target traditional marketing, out-of-home marketing, digital marketing and public relations to ensure your home gets maximum exposure.

We target all marketing channels to ensure your property gets the most exposure possible. We don't just upload your listing to the local real estate listing system and call it done. Whether it's social media, out-of-home, digital or a form of public relations, we take all possible measures to get your home seen.

While your listing is active on the market, we track key performance indicators (KPIs) to monitor how your listing is performing. We compile the information and report back to you on a regular basis to keep you updated on performance and showing feedback.
